LA MOSAÏQUE has played an integral role within the South Shore community since 1985. As a charitable organization driven by volunteers, the center helps the local community through over 30 services and activities.

La Mosaïque is a volunteer and community center, a non-profit organization providing social assistance. Its mission is to reinforce the social fabric of the urban agglomeration of Longueuil. Supported by volunteer work, our services and activities aim at the autonomy and social integration of disavatanged individuals.

People of all origins, all social conditions, ans all ages.

Agglomeration of Longueuil : Boucherville, Brossard, Greenfield Park, LeMoyne, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Vieux-Longueuil.

The services and activities of La Mosaïque are aimed at improving living conditions, all while respecting the dignity of those requiring the assistance. Every request for help is considered and evaluated, and dealt with or referred to the appropriate resource. All services offered by La Mosaïque respond to fundamental needs. While there is always an educational component to our services, we focus on the following areas:

  • Health promotion and prevention
  • Accompaniment and support
  • Help for low-income individuals
  • Social and employment integration

La Mosaïque’s Foundation’s mission is to organize fundraising events with the goal of maintaining and even growing the ability of La Mosaïque to serve the local community.

Events organized by the Foundation include Voices and Wines of the World in May, and Give and Change their Lives, a concert held in November. These events present artists of both a local and international stature. Funds are raised through tickets sale, donations, raffle and silent auction. The events have been supported through local, national and international financial partnership. All participation, large or small, is appreciated.
